EASA fuel quality seminar

At a recent EASA fuel quality seminar in Cologne, Lars Hjelmberg from Hjelmco Oil made a presentation about the challenges for fuel quality control when operating in remote areas.
The presentation was specifically directed at law-enforcement and rescue operations.
